Boston is the Best Town Ever!!!

Chris and I took a 5 day vaca to Boston. I got him tickets to a Red Sox game for Christmas and he was like a kid seeing his first ball game. It was so cute. We had such amazing seats (4 rows up) it kinda made me a fan:) There isn't one bad thing I could say about that town. Amazing food, fantastic history, beautiful scenery. If it wasn't for the winter, I'd be packing up the fam now. Here are a few of the highlights... In front of the best Italian pastry shop

Mother's Day and a corn-fed girl

Mother's Day was great this year. The weekend started with flowers on Friday at school and a potted flower in a painted pot that Katelyn made for me. Then on Sunday I was woken up by presents and a wonderful breakfast. Katelyn got me the cutest little girl charm to go on my mommy charm bracelet and a relaxing day at the spa, which I will be cashing in on this weekend! We finished the night off with dinner at Buca de Beppo. Yum-O! I love being a mom :)

I had to capture this moment of film. The other night, Chris and I had corn-on-the cob with dinner and Katelyn keept on eying it from across the table. Finally she asked for corn (I was amaized she knew what it was since we rarely eat corn-on-the cob), so I gave it to her. It was too cute not to mention.

Easter Sunday

We had a wonderful Easter this year. There was lots of food, fun, family, and of course, gifts! The Easter Bunny was very good to Katelyn with plenty of presents plus the gifts from her grandparents. When I woke her up and told her the Easter Bunny came, she ran straight to the front door and wanted me to open it to see the "Bunny"! I'm so glad the weather cleared up so we could have our egg hunt outside. It was a great end to the weekend.

The Little Tikes Jump House that the Easter Bunny brought. Too bad the Easter Bunny spent hours blowing this up because the weather was bad and it turned out to be pretty outside. BTW, it's still in her playroom. Hope she likes it, because it's taking up every inch.

Phrase of the Momement

On Tuesday we got a kids catalog in the mail and Katelyn was demanding to see it. She and I sat on the couch, opened the book and the first thing out of her mouth was "Wow (which was totally cute) then, like she had been saying it all her life came "Oh, my God!" Then out of my mouth came "Oh, my God!" I wonder where she gets it from??

I also wanted to include a picture of Katelyn's first pedicure. She was obsessed with my toe nail polish, so I decided to paint hers. Too cute!
